Paige1108 nailed it!! I step on the scale multiple times per day but I only weigh in when there's a change of 1.5 - 2lbs or more. I've already hit my goal for weight loss, so now i'm just working on maintaining it. Sometimes that number is motivation enough to keep up the hard work.

^^ I know what you mean, I used to take my jeans out of the dryer and have to do funny stretches just to get them to fit right because they were so tight.. now they're so baggy I can barely keep them up with a belt. That's a good feeling!!

Yoplait makes smoothies in a bag, all you do is put it in the blender and add milk for desired thickness. They have a couple of flavors and they're very tasty. I like these for breakfast when I'm short on time.
