  • Yes loGging in through a browser is the way to go. The app is limited on what you can do.
  • Its hard to say without seeing your diary, but I would at the least recommend eating foods to keep you full, take a look at my diary if you want im eating a ton more than you and staying under 1700 easily
  • Dont forget a plateau could simply mean losing inches instead of pounds as your body keeps changing. I know I'm currently at a plateau but my clothes have started falling off me and I've got a ton more energy/ strength allowing me to push harder during workouts. I wouldn't worry too much just keep pushing through it.
  • Awesome a fellow nerd. Welcome and feel free to add me. It's always nice to see what others are doing and maybe learn something that can help yourself in the process. Not to mention good healthy recipes are sometimes hard to come by.
  • I think it's all about what your body's telling you. If you really aren't getting enough try p90x doubles I doubt you could do that and really want more. I would also assume you're either eating a lot or would have to eat more to keep up with the calories burned.
  • I understand the body image issues my youngest child is almost 4 and two weeks ago I went swimming with my family for the very first time because I didn't want people to see me without a shirt. Another 60 pounds or so to go so I'll be around for quite a while if you're looking for support or healthy recipe ideas feel free…
  • 1200-1500 is relatively easy feel free to add me I'm always willing to help. I will say the key is fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean meats
  • Great job, it's amazing the gains you can make when you just push yourself.
  • Your body may have reached a small plateau let it build that muscle and keep it up. Be patient in the long run you'll keep on losing and be more fit for it.
  • You can make and save your own version of it in your foods and quick add it daily. Its a bit of work to add it all up but once it's done you don't have to touch it again. I do this for all meals I make frequently.
  • It sounds like you're building muscle to me measure arms waist and other key points and track it monthly. You're definitely not consuming too much probably just gaining definition
  • Break it up so it's easier for the body to absorb
