Protein all at once? (Or twice)

Assuming I need ~60g of protein a day (I weigh 170 and I'm basing it off of the recommended 0.36g/1lb), would it be okay or detrimental to eat two protein bars with 30g a day? I would get more in other meals, but my problem is I've been feeling exhausted for months and I'm trying to figure out the problem. I think it might be lack of protein, so I want to try this. I had a muscle milk at work for lack of better options and I actually felt great, so I'm becoming more convinced it's lack of protein.

Basically right now I need to up my protein by a lot, and I want to know if the body will use it if it gets it all at once twice a day or so. I would still get a bit in other meals, but not enough.

More likely is dehydration, but 60 grams protein is pretty minimal. I weigh about the same and aim for .5 - 1 gm protein per pond of body weight

    I don't think it's dehydration.

Break it up so it's easier for the body to absorb

You'd be better off with a protein shake than the bars.

Just for fun, check your iron intake as well as protein. That might be the cause but if you are feeling exhausted all the time you really should check with your physician.
