  • I started Weight Watchers almost 3 weeks ago and I am really happy with it. I've lost almost 6 pounds and had been at a plateau until then, so it got things moving for me. I like the points system, it's something different, maybe that's what I needed. I'm eating differently because of it. I only have 26 points to work with…
  • I just started it this week and I love it. It's really helped control my appetite. Also I've been waiting untill later in the day to have my first meal and that's helped a lot too. An early breakfast would just turn on my appetite and it would get ravenous by the middle of the day. So far, it's been good for me.
  • I love that idea! If I get $5 a week, I could get something cute in no time :)
  • Hi, I just sent you a friend request :)
  • I'm so glad you posted this! I've been worried that I never meet my potassium goal on MFP, too. The avocado and coconut water suggestions are great and I love pdworkman's idea of turning on the potassium column. Super helpful post :)
  • What a difference! You're a cute skinny mamma :)
  • Hi, the huge appetite happens to me too! In fact, it seems to sabotage all my efforts -- just when everything seems to be going good, the appetite hits in a bad way. On some days sticking to my goals is easy and some days it seems impossible. So this last month, after tracking everything I ate, I made a graph and tried to…
  • Hi, please add me! You sound like a wonderful friend. I will provide lots of encouragement too. We're all in this together!
  • Hi, I restarted about 2 weeks ago and have been staying on track this time because I decided to get friends. I can't believe how much better it is with people suporting you and you supporting them. Please feel free to add me! Good luck this time:)
  • Hi, Please add me! I just finished my second week doing MFP everyday. It was a new beginning, with friends this time, and that has made all the difference. I would love to have more friends so we can motivate each other.
  • Hi, I'll add you. I love having supportive friends and could use more!
  • Welcome! Please feel free to add me as a friend. I'm sorry your roomates aren't supportive. They have some personal issues that are making them act that way, just know it's not about you at all. Seeing you eat well is somehow threatening to them. I have found this site to be really helpful, especially the support MFP…
  • Hi Lauren, Please feel free to add me as a friend. I love the motivation I get from MFP friends. It really helps.
  • Hi, please feel free to add me too. I've been really enjoying this site and the support from MFP friends.
  • Add me too!
  • Hi Sam, please feel free to add me too. I've really been enjoying having friends, it's a great help!
  • Hi, I've been having a really good experience with friends the last couple of weeks and I hope you do too. Please add me.
  • Hi, it's my second time around and have been doing better thanks to having some frineds this time. Please add me, too.
  • Hi, getting friends is a great help. I had been tracking food for a while on MFP and it was good, but still really challenging. I've had some MFP friends for a couple of weeks and I can't believe how much it helps keep me on track. Add me as a friend if you'd like :)
  • Hi, I'm just getting started with the friends part of this and I would love to be your friend. I've been tracking food for a couple of months and really like it, but I need to get more motivation. It seems like having friends is a great way to give support and be supported.
  • Add me too! I'm just getting started.
  • I just feel hungry and some foods are so good, I just want more and more. This happened last night with quesadillas. Cheese is a big problem for me.
