I used to get this but only during/after spinning class. It was down to not being hydrated enough and bad technique/posture - I was moving side to side wayyyyy too much, so much so I made myself nauseous.

I entertain myself by setting a new goal each week e.g. to run 5 minutes longer at 0.5mph faster. I also do intervals when running. Are you eating a decent meal a couple of hours BEFORE you work out? I always make sure I have something like a cereal bar about an hr before I workout and I work a small amount of carbs into my lunch the days I go to the gym, otherwise I feel sick and faint.

The hardest weeks will be when you're good as gold all week but the weight just doesn't budge. I think I'm having one of those weeks, probably because I lost 5lbs in a fairly short amount of time (ten days). I just need to lose 1.5lbs a week to get to 140 by June.
