  • thanks, I needed this. this week has been especially hard for me. I have stayed within or maybe less than my daily calories but I've been eating chocolate everyday and not exercising daily as I promised myself. Honestly, I just feel like I want to quit. btwn TOM and my work schedule, this has not been a good week.

  • day 1 of c25k IS the hardest, I dont know how fast you were going but can I suggest, slow down and go for endurance rather than speed. speed will come......I never ran before c25k and I just did w7d1....you can do it.

  • I bake it for maybe 2 hours then cut in half and shred the insides with a fork.....it comes out looking like spaghetti. I prepare either turkey meatballs or just ground beef, add spaghetti sauce and yummy....It's delicious :)

  • I feel your pain. My Christmas binge started 12/23 and ended 12/26. I re-gained 5.2 pounds. In a matter of 4 days, with getting back on track on 12/26, I have now lost those 5 pounds. It wont take you months to lose if you are really serious about getting back on the wagon. Good luck :)
