It's a very hard time for everyone. Most people gained. The important thing is to set the scale moving the other way.

Exercising definitely makes me hungrier. Plus a drink a lot more water. Measure your portions and listen to your body !

First of all, if you never leave, you don't have to come back or start over. 2ndly, motivation wears thin. That's why working out and eating right have to be made a part of your daily life as a discipline. When motivation is gone, discipline - habits- take over.

I had to really cut down my breakfast and lunch eating due to age related weight gain. In the morning I have: an Ounce cheese Coffee Banana later in the morning I have: a hard boiled Egg Calcium and vitamin d enriched orange juice with a little green tea mixed in.

Cardio has a specific definition. It has to raise your heart rate, involve large muscle groups, and be rhythmic.

right now i'm doing intervals 5 days a week, a band or pilates type class in the middle, and a rest day walk. when Covid is over, I'll back to spin class 2 or 3 days a week interspersed with intervals and probably band or pilates once a month or so. I'll get plenty of walking in my regular life so that'll get cut out.
