Not a breakfast person so I eat throughout the morning - 8 oz Almond breeze before workout class. When I get to work, I immediately jump into a cheese stick, coffee and a banana. Later in the morning, a hard boiled egg with calcium enriched orange juice.

I drink calcium enriched orange juice every day and it's got Vit D. My bloodwork shows that it's sufficient for my needs without a supplement.

I do everything low impact after ripping my plantar plate a couple of years back. I take fitness classes and just modify all the moves necessary. are you wearing your mask pulled down on your neck? sweat from the mask will do it. the skin there is thinner than on your face and the rest of your body. the acne is different there too.

I've broken a toe 2 or 3 times, I lost count. Do what doesn't hurt. Swimming isn't a bad idea. Chair exercises or seated exercises - chair zumba, etc. Kickboxing but just upper body obviously.
