are you wearing your mask pulled down on your neck? sweat from the mask will do it. the skin there is thinner than on your face and the rest of your body. the acne is different there too.

I've broken a toe 2 or 3 times, I lost count. Do what doesn't hurt. Swimming isn't a bad idea. Chair exercises or seated exercises - chair zumba, etc. Kickboxing but just upper body obviously.

Are you running outside or do you have your own treadmill at home? Maybe it's time to step up and find other workouts - zumba, swimming, boxing. Weight training is important as we age, too.

my daughter is like you. she eats one thing for a while then gets sick of it. what about hot foods? turkey pot pie, meat balls, stir fry with meat or tofu.

Yes and no. Calories in, calories out are something but it's not the only thing. Also many dieters do gain the weight back.

I think it might just be your body. Even when I was a lot thinner, I had a surprisingly high body fat percentage.

I like using the machine but private classes are SO costly!!! I don't care much for mat pilates otherwise
