French press user here. We grind when we can get beans and I make a ratio of one scoop flavored coffee to 3 scoops regular ground coffee. Sugar and half and half if I can get it, or full fat milk. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

A Charley horse is pretty serious. It takes days to get over one. Most likely you are just overdoing it. You have a newborn !!!!

Food is not entertainment. Food is fuel. You need to change your outlook.

but if you gain the weight back, it takes away from what you lost.

You type two different things. One is quarantine and the other is shelter in place. Quarantine, you're locked in a room and have to be served. Either because you're sick or you were in contact with someone who was sick. Either way, you need to preserve your strength and eat healthy. With shelter in place, you can go our…

When I had little kids, I took a class at night and after a time, got fitness equipment to use at home. Walking is so weather-dependent that it wouldn't work for me most of the time.

I just don't leave. That way I don't have to return

We aren't quarantined - we are in a stay at home order - so that's much easier for us. I take a long walk on my rest days. Other than that, my gym has an app with workouts for us, plus I'm doing Instagram Live workouts too. Mostly intervals with hand weights.

Good luck! I'm friendly with a former competitor. She got down to 4% body weight for competition.

I have rolled my ankle three different times - one time so badly that I had to wear a boot with a cast and then I needed physical therapy afterwards. You gotta rest. You got to! And even when you go back, you need to be careful. Weight loss is more about what you eat then your activity level anyway.

Depends on the activity. If you run, you need running shoes as they support a front to back motion. If you do machines at a gym or take classes like Zumba or do cross training, you need cross trainers as they support both front to back motion as well as side to side motion.

definitely grilled food and watermelon!!!

What you eat in private, you wear in public.

that's a tall order, given your history. do you have a dietician or nutritionist to work with?

the last few lbs are the worst!!!

I've done barre workouts. they are very nice. but they aren't big fat burners.

the best thing is not to leave MFP. stay always accountable. i'm in nyc and we're not locked in our homes, thankfully. we're in stay at home mode which is much less strict.

That's asking a lot!

I'll be you're young. There is no way that would work for me in my 50's.
