Yes,the scale is slowly decreasing as I lift...but I'm gonna continue eating healthy and doing what I'm doing....so just keep doing what you're doing.

I usually add but once I see that I'm not getting the support that I'm giving I delete them...especially when I see them giving others on their list support.

Liked it but didn't like it....maybe I wasn't doing it right...I didn't lose. It did curb my appetite made me more alert though...I guess my body wasn't made for it. Heard great results from it though. It worked for my husband just not me.

Yes, I do Zumba, Group Cycling, water exercises, and Sculp & Stretch (lunges, squats, abdominal exercises, lots of cardio) & Kettle Bells! I love it!

Definitely good will....I use to give them to the battered women's shelter but we don't have a local shelter so they go to goodwill...definitely don't want to hold on to the past....
