Nice! Maybe I can talk my Mother-in-Law into serving at noon. I hate the wait...

Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Give your body time to adjust to your diet. You may find that your appetite eventually catches up.

Be careful with "eating ice" I use to do the same thing (for years) and ended up cracking a tooth from the wear and tear :\

I don't understand this question.

I always felt fuller/bloated on 3 meals. I usually do 6 small meals as well and my stomach thanks me.

Lol, love it!!!

All awesome ideas!

Anywhere from 1400 to 1600. It all depends on my exercise that day.

The same reason people post on Facebook 30 times a day. Validation that they actually exist. I'm alive damn-it! Pay attention to me!!! ;)

I have 3 children and not a stretch mark in sight or loose skin.

I would find a new class.

According to the BMI chart you are underweight if your BMI is below 18.5. It may not come back at 17.5. But maybe someone who has had some experience with this can interject. Wishing you well.

Yes, Insanity is very hard on the knees. I got through the whole program about a year ago and my right knee still bothers me now and then. I only had 15 pounds to lose at the time.

I usually eat breakfast around 6:30 since I have to be out of the house by 7 a.m. I microwave one organic egg (70) with a sharp low fat cheddar cheese stick (90) and then follow it up with a small banana (90). Only 250 calories and keeps me happy until my snack at 9:30.

You don't need to be a teen or hormonal to have an eating disorder. If you look ill than I would definitely reach out and get help.
-
Another thing that works for me is not keeping it in the house. If I want a treat - like let's say ice cream. then I go out and get a single scoop - once it's gone - it's gone.

Eat because you are hungry and not because you think you have to.

You will probably always have an affinity for sugar. You can quit cold turkey or you can cut down. I have a substitution that works well for me. Raisins. They are sweet and chewy - natures candy. Just don't go overboard :)

I can't believe this thread is still going, lol.

Skittles are not "food." They are junk. Throw them away or give them away.

Gorgeous smile!

I took no offense to what you said. I am 5'2" and 53 years old. I need to eat less than you, but I eat more than 1200. I am fairly active and if I didn't I would starve. I don't know why people get so crazy. Hang in there, girl. :)

I mostly just remind myself to slow down and enjoy. I also remind my husband :)
