Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Number one reason why knees and legs hurt when using the treadmill can usually be traced back to shoes. Old or inappropriate or wrong fitting. If they aren't right, working out in them will go right to the knees.

not at all- surgery alone is exhausting- not to mention any kind of rehab, the body's trying to fix itself and the other body part all trying to compensate in one form or another.

start weight: 233 current weight: 194 goal weight: 185 Mon- 160 sit-ups- 3 set-20-leg press Tue- 100- 3 set-15 bi-curls, 3 set chest press Wed- 100- 3 set 15 triceps, 4 set 20 calve raises Do runs count for leg excercises? if so I have 2 runs of 5 mile each and 2 walks of 4 miles each.

nothing wrong with Vodka and diet tonic- taste the same a regular without the cals. but if the tonic makes someone girlie, then I always like it staight over ice.
