That's too bad. I love my flex, I don't even notice it anymore, and when I don't want people to see it, I just take out the tracker and put it in my pocket- keeps working the same way! It's not really a novelty to me, it's helped me steadily increase my movement and lose 15 pounds over the past year.

After your workout, dry your hair with a hair dryer (to dry the sweat) THEN use dry shampoo. I like tresseme because it's cheap and gets the job done! Aussie has one that works well too.

Hi Jen! I'd love to be your buddy on this! My issue is that I tend to fall off at the end of the day... and then a square of chocolate after dinner turns into a bowl of cereal, which turns into an "i was good today' cookie... and then the day is shot! I'd love for us to help each other!

Just get coffee with 2 pumps of the syrup... then add your own skim milk. :-) Easier to control this way.
