Does anyone have any idea how to find out how many calories are in "combanation fried rice" from anywhere but perfered from chins house.... I looked on www.dailyplate, but i didnt find it there.. It has it all... eggs, chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp... pees & carrots too.. Thanks much... carol s.

When i started this about 4 weeks ago i was watching what i was eating... Also on the weekends... I lost about 8 lbs... Now i got it back :frown: I ate like a PIG this past weekend.... oh im so mad :mad: I gained back 6 lbs. If anyone has any helpful words that could help me stay on track i would really love to hear them…

I heard if you take your age...27 and 220.... No matter what it's 220 - (your age) = the tip top of your heart rate zone... so mine is 193... thats cardio! So when i get on the treaddmill i take that - 10% = what i should stay in.... So between 174 & 193.. THATS CARDIO.. Try and do your target heart rate at least 30 min…

When you do exercise do you lift weights? If so your doing a fat to muscle exchange! Your muscle weights more then fat.... So dont worry AT ALL about what the scale tells you.... Just look at the inches you lose!! How your cloths fit! Good job with the calories!!

So I was on the Cross Trainer beside this girl (about 30yrs old)... It seems she had the Level all the way up and the Resistance was at about 30 (for me: 25 is hard).... So basically it was like she was going up stairs... So i tried it.... Boy that hurt.... Anyway usually i do level at 30 and resistance at 20 (for 30 min)…

So I went to Jamba Juice this morning and i got the strawberry nirvana which has 170 calories, 30 sugar (wow), and 7 potein.... I also added whey protein which has 45 calories, 10 protein....So a regular banana has 150 calories.... So if the math is right i have 20 calories, 17 g protein and 30 sugar! (to much!).... in 16…

Don't take your weight.... that way you won't get your feelings down just in case.... So just skip about 3 days of taking your weight.. Try to eat healthy in your calorie range still dont starve yourself either that would be HORRIBLE!! So think positive.... Just let you know... I ate Pizza Rolls (4) and they were 350…

Why don't you try to eat b4 you go and just have water or a salad with no dressing... If you have to have dressing bring your own and add it when everyone else is eating... If someone ask just tell them your trying to be healthy. Good luck :flowerforyou:
