Humm so I did what you suggested inputing my numbers... doesn't look the way i wanted it! 8 min walk / jog = 50 cal (treadmill said) 17 min circut weights = 127 cal 21 min jog = 150 cal (treadmill again) whopping == 327 CALORIES... sigh thought i did more! I do feel good though! thanks all!!

running is good for your calfs! cardio is good at least 3 x a week and you should lift weights every other day... legs one and arms the other.. I just found this website... i hope this helps... of course you dont have to do exactly what she does, but it gives you a good understanding of how to exercise and what days..…
