I dont count mine... I dont break a sweat either, but when you do go to the gym still give it 100%... I heard when you do the same exercises over and over your body is used to it.... This way you can push past that tired/ hard part of your work out and really burn some calories!! :smile:

Fill your self up on water before you eat the smore.... try to gulp it.... then eat ONE SMORE!! or you could always take some celery :)
