You need to eat more!!! Your day today is only 800+ calories and you need to consume atleast 1200. I would suggest adding your snack and maybe some healthy fat somewhere.... avocado, nuts, peanut butter or almond butter, etc.

You could use some more fresh veggies too! :flowerforyou:
  • So it's 10:10 and I just ate my first snck... OMG i am so full! I have never tried to eat what i just ate before!

But i will go to the store and buy some Avacado & Almonds (lunch) & maybe add a Salad (dinner) = Spinach Leaves, Feta Cheese, Romain Leafes & tiny bit of yummy dressing
Thinking if i wanna have a yogurt or not... I bet IF i ate all that i will be 1,110 calories!

    THANK YOU! jamie1888

    Your welcome!

It's hard to grasp the concept that you need to eat more to lose weight. I was eating 1200 calories for the first weeks and I did lose a few lbs in the beginning. But, then I started losing/gaining the same 2lbs for a couple of weeks. So, after reading all the advice on here, I increased my calorie intake a little and sure enough, I started losing weight again! It's crazy, because it goes against everything you believe to be true: "eat less to lose weight". :grumble:
