I slice and freeze bananas to use instead of ice. I like the consistancy without ice better... I keep them sliced in freezer bag and they are ready to grab and throw in blender. My normal go to is: Frozen bananas/Peaches or Strawberries/1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed/1 tablespoon honey/1 cup of almond coconut milk.

I use it everyday. I love it! The Lean Cuisines and such are really high in sodium. I used to eat them and couldnt figure out why I was was always "swollen" and felt like crap....and it turns out that some of them are 1/2 my recommended sodium for the entire day.

With me I watch it all but really only concerned with Calories & Sodium. I notice that if my sodium is high..I dont lose but gain. I cant eat frozen meals as I puff up like a puffer fish every single time....

Counting calories only. Last year I was on WW and felt the points just took some extra work/figuring..than calorie counting.
