Congrats, that is wonderful. We are about the same height and I started at 163. I have about 10 lbs to go to get to 135. Your pictures are so inspiring to me! You look fabulous!!! What helped you lose the last 10 lbs. I'm biking and doing Zumba, but I've seemed to plateau.

I am with you on this one. I would probably wear a tankini myself. But on the other hand, as a grown woman I dont' care what a teenaged girl thinks. I can't imagine my stomach being in any shape for me to actually wear a bikini anyway :-)

I can see a huge difference. Look at your tummy in the middle picture: much smaller. In the middle pic too, look chest looks lifted and your shoulders are shapely and stronger. In the first pic, your tummy is smaller and your arms are too! In the last picture, your legs look much firmer and shapely. Great job!!

You look great! But I agree with everyone else that you looked great in the first picture. I think it's because you are still young and shapely. When you get older like me, the weight looks floppy and blobby instead :-) Ahh, enjoy your youth and your weight loss!!!

I need to switch to just plain half-and-half. I don't like the sugar free or fat free flavored creamers. But at least half-and-half is less calories than my caramel vanilla :-)

I would really recommend you go to a runner's shop. You have a particular gait when you run and you need shoes that fit correctly to avoid injury. You can get your first pair at the running shop, than order future pairs online (to save money).

I love them with all my heart! We often just slice them, add a little garlic salt and pepper, and eat with a toasted pita. But they are good with anything and everything!

Oh my gosh! You are my height and starting weight! My goal is to reach 140-135ish. I'm at 158 right now. I started the couch to 5k and I'm in week 2. You are such an inspiration for me!!! Congrats and thanks for the inspiration!
