I weigh everything. It helps me know exactly what I am consuming. I recommend using a scale, guess-timating can sometimes lead to eating extra calories without even knowing it.:flowerforyou:

The fact that I now CAN do these types of things is my motivation. I do not want to waste another day. I was almost chair bound, weighing over 300- every day is a new adventure! I am not up to running 5K's or triathalons, but I can walk a 5K now and that is AMAZING to me!! :wink:

Also, GIRLIE ISSUE, is it close to that time of the month? I sometimes gain almost 10 lbs around the time I start my menstrual cycle. That could be part of the cause.

I work out in the mornings- getting up earlier than my husband to get my walks in (walking and swimming are what I am doing for now). That way I make sure I have plenty of time and have it out of the way as daily life starts to happen. Welcome to MFP!!

I just move when it gets dirty. Just kidding!! I try to pick up everything before I go to bed, and clean as I see it needs it. I do not have a rigid schedule, since sometimes I am home less often than others.
