if you do some research online, you will find chocolate mousse made with silken tofu...i had it once and it was amazing!!! very high in protein, low in fat and calories...made with dark chocolate. i'm pretty sure ellie krieger has one...look it up on foodnetwork.

This is a privately owned place and I've been a few times...when NOT on a diet. So, never really payed attendtion to healthier items!! haha.
