maybe the chicken breast with roasted potatoes. maybe ask for steamed veggies instead of creamed leeks? creamed leeks might be high in fat/calories.

I make the diet soda cake pretty often. My huband loves it! I find that adding 2 egg whites to the mix with the soda will give the cake a better texture. you don't have to add milk to oatmeal! you make with with water and instead of adding milk, just jazz it up:) it's sooooo jazzy:)
