Would you be willing to put the recipes up for me to see. I am looking for easy healthy ideas to make. These sound so good.

Your menu looks great! I'll definitely have to check out your blog for the recipes. :) I'm taking it easy this week, but here's our plan:

Monday: Baked Potato Bar (leftover chili, cheese, broccoli, beef stew)
    Tuesday: Lentil Stew (crockpot meal)
Wednesday: Slimmed Down Chicken Spaghetti (from the freezer) :)
Thursday: Velvety Vegetable Cheese Soup with salad
    Friday: Leftover Buffet
Saturday: Southwest Turkey Burgers on Honey Wheat rolls and a side (TBD)
Sunday: Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings (we add lots of baby carrots in with this for more veggies and more color too) with green beans

I'm new to menu planning, so I am keeping it simple this week, but, hopefully as I get more "advanced" (even though I can cook well), I will elaborate :)

Sunday- Crockpot pork loin with garlic and wine sauce, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies

Monday- I'm @ class, so, prob. leftovers

    Tuesday- Boca "meat" taco salad

Wednesday- Turkey meatloaf, hungry girl's "miracle Mashies", steamed veggies, and healthified baked mac and cheese

Thursday- Breakfast for dinner- Hungry girl's cheesy tartlets, turkey sausage and fresh fruit

Friday- Cauliflower crust pizza, salad, breadsticks

Saturday- Ginger tofu stir fry with brown rice

Sunday- Chicago style hotdogs and homemade baked fries
