Chung's for 2
Tried Chung's for 2 tonight. Can be found in the freezer section at most stores. It's a little container of yumminess and made in the USA. We tried Sweet and Sour Chicken. One portion has 310 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. Not bad for Chinese food!!! Just wanted to share:)

Couch to 5k
I started Couch to 5K with my husband and Sunday was Day 1, could barely get through it! Today was Day 2 and I did it!! I did it!!! I've never ran (well jogged) in my life and I'm so proud!! Wanted to cry (happy tears) and vomit! haha! (Is it normal to feel extremely nausous after running?)

Stress!
Past few days have been stressed out. Didn't log in yesterday and today went 677 (probably more) calories over. I know tomorrow's another day but I HATE when I do this. Why is it sooooo easy to be good one day and soooo easy to be bad another day? I wish I could just stop eating when I get stressed out. This is what I do.…
