I'm new to fitness pal and just joined a few days ago. I'm hoping to lose 50 pounds and just feel healthier and better about myself. Really want a family someday, and want to be healthy for them. I love to cook and eat and am always trying to make comfort food healtier and would love to share my ideas and recipes. I could really use help getting motivated to exercise. I feel great after I exercise but it's getting started that's the problem! Hope to meet some nice people! Thank you!

    You can friend me if you want!! My mom makes an awesome lower fat homemade mac and cheese if you want the recipe... I'm hoping to lose around 40 to 45 pounds, so we are on the same track! Best of luck!

    my top tip for making sure u exercise - if u plan to exercise on ur days off, DON'T turn on the tv or get comfy on the sofa. Also get dressed in ur sweats straight away so u've no excuses!!
