don't listen to me, i'm a bad influence but....i never log my drinks. Now, i'm not hitting the bars every night. But yeah, once or twice a week i get drunk. I've shed 45 lbs..so my tracking or lack therof didn't seem to affect me. moderation, i guess.

i just use a body oil, neutrogena actually, after each shower. i make sure to really rub it in my stretch marks (i have them on hips, butt) it makes them less noticeable.

I usually make a flexible 'mini' list. I grocery shop pretty much every day, so I never need to buy much at once.. Here's an example of my mini-list. Bananas or some other kind of fruit Lettuce or another leafy green Carrots Onions Garlic Nuts, nut butter, nut milks, or trail mix Non-fat greek yogurt (infrequently)

everyone wants to have a balance between the work (calorie counting, exercise) and play (being 'human'..lol). I say go out and have drinks, take a day off, whatever. moderation is key. It's a sign you need to change something (again) for example, Try splitting up your workout into two different sessions per day. Or, double up your workouts. Add another kind of activity into your regimen. Clean up your diet. Play around with your calorie count. Maybe research intermittent fasting and try that.

I actually have shed 45 lbs without logging fruits or veg, it works for me! Portion control is huge (I don't sit there and snack on fruit all day), and it's not all about calories, people!
