So I am guessing that a size 6 wouldn't be too far out of the park in this case.

From what I've read, you should try to get your 7-8 hours of sleep a night. That is the generally accepted range for healthy weight loss. (source: http://media-cdn.pinterest.com/upload/235664992970872841_XF4IRZdN_f.jpg )

strawberries with light whipped cream. yum yums :)

I can see it if I`m on the second floor of my building. I`m about a 2 minute walk from the shore. I couldn't imagine not being around the ocean.

Wow! you look amazing! Congrats! I actually am curious if you lost weight from having the skin removed? (my tummy looks a lot like yours and I'm wondering if there's much/if any weight to it)

I personally went through and exchanged things that I don't like. for example, cottage cheese. I just can't do it. I replaced it with greek yogurt.

@mrzblesssedla you have gorgeous eyes!

oh wow. it'd be nice to lose weight and not gain it back but sadly that doesn't happen for me. :(
-
hmmmm... interesting information. Thanks all :) I think I'm going to try to take it easier (as in take it light for the exercise) and rest otherwise. Maybe I'll sweat this darn thing out.

I'm no expert, but if you keep eating the way you were eating when you were running and aren't burning as many calories, it might make it harder for the scale to move.
-
Awww, that`s awesome! excellent news!!!! :)

Not in any time that I remember sadly. If I had to guess, somewhere around 11 or 12 I'd say.
-
Excellent job! keep up the good work!

That's good to know. Thanks! and I'm trying. hoping for a nice loss in inches.
-
Hmmm... I'll look into that. Thanks! :) I'm also debating going to see the doctor about determining my body fat percentage.

I started at just under 154. Since then I've fluctuated between 149 and 152 (yes, it's only a few lbs, but I can't seem to break past). My clothes seem to fit the same and I take measurements again on feb 6 after week 4 to see if I lost any inches.

Congrats! that's an awesome side effect

Usually every morning. I find that it keeps me in-check. It shows me that I can't mess around with junk food without seeing the consequences in the numbers.

I'm 5'4 and my ultimate goal is 135lbs. But if I am at the size I want before I get there, then that is where I stop.
-
I've personally found that my list has gotten a bit more expensive. I've swapped: -regular yogurt for Greek yogurt. Added: -more veggies (frozen and fresh) -more fruits (frozen and fresh) -oatmeal -protein powder

At at 150 and wear a size 9/10.

I personally started last year with changing my diet before I jumped into exercising. I wanted to have that under control before I added extra exercise that I wasn't used to. Once I got that under control, I did add exercise but I didn't want to give myself too much too soon. And yes, I DID lose weight. About 20lbs worth.

Congrats! :) I know the feeling. Nothing feels better!
-
Oh wow. that's amazing results for one week!
-
I agree 100%. Now if only I can put this into practice.

I hear ya. I feel the same way sometimes.

Thanks everyone. :) it really means a lot.
