Watching my brother play high school football is what got me into the game. Sorry you aren't passionate about football! Maybe if you actually watch you could learn respect for it. How did they hire you if "you don't care?"

Not sure about your height and weight but I can definitely see that. And I have been a user of P90 for 12 plus years. Always my go to program. Like it better than P90X (which I have completed as well). Stick with it and you will see results. Lots of haters out there, so NO I am not a coach. :smile:

Oh yeah! If you love the Colts you now have to pull for the Broncos. The Colts made a bad decision (but my Bears loved that bad decision on Sunday :laugh: )

I've never had a body fat percentage in single digits and have had a flat tummy. After each kid it is a bit more work. I have always done crunches to get there but now prefer planks along with crunches.

I use it for its nutritional value because I don't like to eat my veggies :smile: And it does keep me feeling full and is convenient. In all honesty I am short with those I love the most. Now, what I need to do more often is: try to take a look around and realize how blessed I am to be having the "problem" I am currently having. Watching the evening news could help put things in perspective for me pretty fast.

Says I am only 5 lbs away from my happy weight. I will be happy at that as long as I am toned. But my first goal weight is 3 lbs less than my "happy weight."

I want to get back to holding a plank on my elbows and toes for two minutes. I am at 75 seconds but by the end of this week I will be back at 120 seconds!
