I am cycling to work on a daily basis and do an 11mile round trip. Apart from it being great fun, it makes me exercise daily and avoid the tube. It is a great money saver too!

Just to add that I do not add any sugar in tea/coffee or when I cook. Also I always buy food with no added sugar

I am the same too. 6 ft tall and 162 pounds and struggling to lose weight. Great job! You looked good in the 2011 picture too, and sometimes it is very easy to get comfortable if you are half way there. So very well done for sticking to it and wanting something better. You look amazing! By the way was it just nutrition or exercise too and what kind of exercise?
