Do not go from self loathing to self adoring so quickly. Identifying things that you do not like in yourself and then finding ways to justify them it is not going to make them go away - it is just going to make you not see them. Just learn to love and nurture yourself.

First of all it kind of depends on how you calculate your TDEE and whether the exercise you are doing is already being taken into account.
