  • I don't like dark chocolate this is why i am cutting it out, i have lost 3st and jept it off by just sticking to my calorie goal and having treats, i am just trying something new
  • Yeah i know that, as you gain muscle your body burns more calories which leads to fat loss, i am aiming to lower my body fat %
  • No chocolate, Crisps, or bad food of any sort, just eating as healthy as you possibly can, i normaly allow myself one bar of chocolate a week a cheat meal and a dessert, myself and a few instagram and MFP followers are trying this out to see if "no junk food" will make any difference
  • I weigh myself every morning but only count it one day a week, even if i have lost i wait untill yhe next official weigh in day to log it, helps me stay focused:)

  • Just google fitnessblender, there are liads of free videos, they also have a youtube chanel, i actualy prefer there videos find the a little more challenging than 30 day shred :)

  • I need to lose another 10lbs roughly, i am really active, i do HIIT training on the treadmill 5 mornings a week, and 20 mins on that 250cal, thats withought taking my heart rate, on the watch i check my heart rate every couple mins
