Yup always eat all your exercise calories. If you check reports you can see your net calories eaten for the day. It should add up to 1200 after you eat all your exercise calories and are done for the day. It hasn't really slowed the process down for me. Just sometimes I have a lot of extra calories at the end of the day…

yeah i have about 6-7 pounds left. But i found that I havent been loosing anything but my body keeps changing... mostly slimming and getting muscle. So now basically all I do is stick to my routine and eat all my calories. I work hard on toning which has made me go down a size instead of just cardio to burn fat.

yes. the scale is so evil. I barely use it, and I measure my inches instead. It probably is just water weight. I remember the first week I lost alot of pounds and the next week i gained like two back. I just figured it was water weight because I've been losing ever since. dont quit!!!

I have been searching and searching for multivitamins! Every time I took them I got very sick and just threw it all up. 125ish I'm 4'11 but I have a naturally large chest and wider hips so finding the weight right for me is hard to decide. I'll just have to wait and see!

i rest about once a week when ever i am too busy or tired. But i try very hard to eat my 1200 calories and nothing more which is the hardest part.

I use the mirror alot and promised myself I would only weight myself maybe once a month. I am a shortie at 4'11 and im about 133 right now. I found a lot of satisifaction just relying on what I look like and how I feel. The BMI thing just confuses me.

agreed completely. i can only afford to loose about ten pounds and its taking a long time. But for the time being i'd like to think of it as healthy eating and becoming healthy rather than loosing weight. Your doing your body great service eating healthy even if you are loosing and gaining like crazy.

i wonder this too! I mean my family has naturally larger hips and thighs but i at least want them toned. I run and use the eliptical a lot through out the week.
