  • Well what if you thought about it not in terms of what it is (diet soda) and in terms of...is it naturally occuring in nature? I think the end all be all of 'healthy foods' is...is it natural? No growth horomones, no sprays, no adjustments, etc. Plant it with your own two hands, pick it with your own two hands...cook it.…
  • When I was in high school I hated my hips. Thought they were huge...and at my smallest then my pants were an 8. I think I was about 135 pounds...but I did track and field and ate healthy (not by choice!) Well nowadays I'm fitting in a 15 and my end goal is fitting into a 9 a 5'6". Though I think I would settle for an 11…
  • Well it is different for everyone. Some people find it difficult to stick to the diet if they give in to their cravings...if I eat M&Ms...I can't eat just a quarter cup and not crave more. BUT at the same time if you hold back from EVERYTHING you love to eat, then it's also hard to stick to a boring bland diet. I stay away…
  • I have 20 pounds to lose also, hopefully by July 4th!
  • But going over on some days, so long as you don't go over your maintenance calorie number...I think is actually a good thing. THAT part, going over sometimes, helps keep plateaus away.
  • Typically you want to hit 1200 minimum. It's really not healthy to eat anything less. If you exercise on top of that and don't eat back the calories...that's a little different. You really should eat them back but where you are just starting out it won't put you in a plateau right off....but it will eventually. It's a…
  • I had a 99 dodge neon sport. Had that thing for 8 years and didn't have a problem with it until it's last year and half. Just sold it a few months ago. :(
  • I was on a plateau for about 8 weeks and I finally just started eating my full 2000 calories or just a bit under. I did this for about 2 weeks and then went to the method of burning just 1 pound a week (1500 calories) and I started dropping pounds immediately.
  • Best is definitely being able to like going shopping for new clothes and not hate everything because it shows my fat....Worst thing? After dropping 25 pounds my D cup breasts are now saggy and I'm only 25... :(
  • Great job on the 19 pounds. That's exactly what I've lost too! I have also slowed down a lot to about 1 pound a week or even less. I currently have my calories set at 1400 and go to the gym 3 times a week. Do you do strength training or just cardio? My advice would be to add in strength training if you're not doing any as…

  • I'm in! I just started the DVD. I did day 1 and actually got charlie horses in my quads for 2 days so had to take a break for those 2 days. Did it again today for the second time and it seemed a tad easier so hopefully I'm broken in!
  • My ex did the same thing actually. He kept his profiles open, said he didn't use them. Well then almost a year later I find out that he HAD been using them to chat up girls. He said he never MET any of them...but regardless. His dating profile said single and he was chatting up girls that were interested in him. I was very…
  • Eating my exercise calories actually helps me want to exercise...it's like a motivator to get out there and work it hard!
  • Country Kitchen Light Wheat Bread! 35 calories a slice!
  • How low are you looking? Do you only eat 3 meals a day or do you snack throughout the day?
  • I have a cheat day once a week where I allow myself to eat the amount my body normally burns in a day (2000 calories). I feel like it helps keep plateau's at bay because I switch it up once in a while. I also pick a day or two where I go over my calorie count by 100-200. Still creating a deficit but not as strict.
  • It's very light exercise, but yes. You wouldn't have burned many calories but every little bit helps. It also depends on how long you were walking for.
