Just finished day six with a day or two in between, starting to feel stronger! I was able to jog 2 miles (training for a half marathon in May) Hope you all have a good day!

So I have done about 5 days with a couple missed days inbetween, I am soooo ready for no misses!!!!! You will love it! So far I do... I just don't want to miss days!

I say start with smaller goals. I have little challenges with co-workers such as no sugar for 5 days in a row or workout for at least 20 minutes 5 days in a row. It is very overwhelming to look at the big picture and want instant results. But setting little goals helps get you off to a good start. Hope this helps.....

I found that I am a stress eater! It is sooo easy to pick up anything and just eat it whether I'm hungry or not.

Oh I agree with you!!! There is a big plate of the lofthouse cookies with red and green frosting in the back. Out of the 24 cookies, there is one left! I did not touch any of them.
