and i got in 32 cups of water this week. not as much as last week but still more that what i would normally drink. next week im shootin for more water. i had my 4 lb loss the week i started drinking lots of water.

couponmom.com is what i use. and i skim through the coupons in the sunday papers some weeks are better than others so the good weeks iwill buy 2 or 3 newspapers. get the coupons and donate the newspaper to the animal sheter they use them for pee pads for dogs and cats, and in bunny and bird cages

we walked out of saw 3 but i dont think you can concider it walking out since my husband ran out and i ran out after him to find him laying in the bathroom door way having a heart attack.

save money any way you can. i dont understand people that spend $5000 on a wedding dress. or thousands on huge fancy meals and a well known location. find a new location that is trying to get established. they will offer lower rates.

well i had a small wedding at a friends grandparents house. and i made my dress. i bought a very nice sleep satin looking white shoulder strap dress for $20 at a thrist store, had it cleaned at the cleaners then i sewed on my own sequins and burgendy trim my self. and it was good enough for me.

i tested my wrist with a push up holding the hand weight instead of my hand on the floor and i think i can pull it off doing the girly knee push ups. so i am going to start my jillian michaels 30 day shred this week.

chicken with your favorite bbq sauce and some tabasco sauce. i also use turkey sausage instead of chicken some times. look on line for a site called crock pot girls. they have alot of good recipes
