My husband says that if I hit the 300 mark(pointing at particulary obese woman), love don't live here no more so you better watch it. Glad you are getting back on track too before he starts looking at women that look like you once did, lol.

Wow, that's results! You look a lot younger too which is a bonus for most! Congrads and keep going.

Say WHAAAT? You are my hero! PLEase do share how to grow and the whole process because my need for stevia is great but my pockets could use a little help!!!

I drink hot green tea or any other flavored hot teas with green tea in them with stevia(sweet leaf found at the health food stores) I also drink 1% milk or make chocolate milk from unsweetened chocolate powder and stevia, or sparkling water, or diet green tea

I use coconut oil for my smoothies, occasionally frying meat, skin care, and I was going to try it as a mosquito repellent. It is very versitile.

Oh you noticed my obssession with sweet eats eh? Well, I drink lots of hot green tea all day, I use it to sweeten plain greek yogurt along with coconut oil(tasty treat), and to bump up the sweetness in my protein shakes. I have saved lots of calories this way. I have agave and honey but at the rate that I drink my hot tea,…

My boob shrank too to my dismay. Later for implants though, how's about a good water bra or pushup bra? I wonder what happens to the 80% of those that regain the weight and have implants on top of that?

I went to protein powder because of it's helped curbed my appetite, is quick and taste great! Also it was a sneeky way for me to get water in my diet seeing since I dont care to drink it much. I like all the suggestions I've been given thus far. Sounds like it's time for me to wean myself off of conveinence and start…

I have a Breville Juice Fountain Plus which is supposed to one of the best on the market, however, I quickly realized how much waste is involved in juicing as well as the expense involved in it and have shelved it for the past few years sadly. I have recently invested in a Vita Mix blender which pulverizes everything from…

MFP is better than Facebook because I am actually learning something new from other people's experiences which I am getting tremendous benefits from. I don't find Facebook beneficial for much more than to fill idol time. FB jokes had become corny, the overzeleous religious people demanding you to forward some chain note,…

My children love pumpkin pancakes too!

Honestly, I do appreciate all the info I can get because I too have quite an extensive must have list as well. I didn't include my PB2, hot green tea, precooked grilled chicken strips, greek yogurt, and canned tuna! Oh, did I mention woven reduced fat wheat crackers and rice cakes, or more recently that I have added…

Congrads! I admire any mom that dispite the fact that she is mom, and wife first, she can definately figure out a way to take time to commit to herself, and you have managed to do that. Way to go mom, lead the way! Looking good and surely feeling great:smile:

I think I too am a couch potato/television junkie. I have all the extras to make it worse which include Tivo, Netflix, and cable tv with all the best lineups money can buy. I sleep with it on and when I do fall asleep, as soon as I wake up during the middle of the night, I am seaching for the remote which is by my side in…

Hey, why not give smoothies a try. You drop in some fruit, add protein powder, and a portion of healthy fat such as avacado or some kind of nut butter, and viola! Just be sure to carry a healthy snack for the in between mealtime so that you do not get discouraged. You can also sneek in more vitamins by adding in a bit of…

Try making a pot of boiled eggs and eat one a day for a snack along with a half an apple and have a cup of hot green tea. Fiber, protein, and a healthy antioxident should help satisfy that hunger. Helps me!

Parmigano Regiano is a low calorie, flavor packed cheese and a good source of calcium.

I get the ham one and load it up like a salad: lots spinach, tomato slices, light amount of black olives, pepperchini peppers, american cheese, skip the head lettuce(not much nutritional value), cucumbers, red onions, jalepeno peppers, green peppers, vadalia onion and brown mustard on nine grain bread!

Thanks for the recipe post. I had plain spinach on the stove tonight, but since I have all the ingredients here, I thought I'd give it a whirl so it's what's going with the pork loin roast tonight. Keeping my fingers crossed that the hubby will enjoy it too! Thanks a bunch!

In your case since your not a big fan of breakfast, why not grab a couple of slices of deli meat(ham or turkey), and a a piece of string cheese, and maybe some grapes. Also you can add a few whole wheat crackers. Or, get a wedge of The Laughing Cow cheese and spread it on some rice cakes, and a piece of fruit.

@Andiecorbo, I'm not giving up on oatmeal, or shakes just yet either! I eat both of those items, but I like to mix a quartet of flavors for my palet, therefore I am always searching for innovative ways to "shake" things up a bit so that I don't once again check out because of absence of flavor or lack of variety.

You can also try some greek yogurt and add a variety of fruit, and top it with a bit of lower fat granola cereal, simular to what is sold at McDonald's but with more protein from the greek yogurt.

Egg beaters is your friend loaded with lots of protein and no cholesterol. Add more fiber to help satisfy your hunger such as red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, ect. They are super low in calories btw. Also, you can add a 1/4 cup of low fat mozzerella cheese to further add taste, and add a bit of calcium. Don't forget to top…

I would suggest prepping low cal high fiber foods like pepper strips, carrots, apples, and try filling up with hot calorie free drinks like different teas such as green tea. You should allow healthy snacks in between to help bridge the hunger gap otherwise you will spend lots of time waiting for the next meal which tend to…
