It's not my normal LA Fitness... So I didn't say anything. Didn't want to cause a scene.. I calmed down enough by the end of the workout so I let it go.. At my LA Fitness back home I've never seen them do that.

Remove as much processed food as possible from your diet. Stay away from breads high in sodium. A lot are over 300mg per 2 slices. Arnold's Sandwich Thins (Wheat) with flax and fiber. The are great. 100 cals and good source of carb and protein. I like my organic peanut butter and Polaner all fruit jam on them. I also use then for ground turkey burgers and sandwiches like that. Very tasty and available in almost any food store.
