My quickie go to smoothie is: 1 cup of almond milk (I prefer unsweetened vanilla for 30 calories a cup!) banana (I prefer to freeze my bananas & that way I don't use ice cubes) 1 or 2 cups of spinach (you can't taste it - promise!) Super easy and delicious!
