If you see her in an unedited pic or on her show in a bikini her body does not look like that. Shes not toned at all shes flabby covered in cellulite and without make up she looks scary

zebra.!my sheets pillows lamps garbage can pillow pet are all zebra printed in my room. i have zebra printed clothes and accessories. i was even a zebra for halloween last year ;) obsessed.

weight gain on BC is a myth. butttt I know its harder to gain muscle on it so ur gna have to just work a little harder ;) you'll be fine :-D

1. increase water intake 2. drop bf% 3. take a sexy bikini pic by the last weekend of the month and post it to MFP 4. no binge eating! 5. get my abs where I want them to be (almost there!) 6. spike day once a week (eat at maintanence cals, increase carbs)

you have to do at least 60m ..closer to 90m of high intensity working out to burn that much :-) hard work but ull feel good after

I feel like cheat days lead to a free for all and bad choices. I allow a cheat *meal* once a week and I also eat w.e I want for the most part but in moderation (or at least try to)

I think my weight loss has been hindered due to my weekends. I do great all week- log all my meals and preplan, get workouts in- its part of my routine during the week just like school and work. I weigh 137 pounds at 5'4. My jeans are size 5 or 7..usually tighter on the butt and thighs but huge on the waist because I'm a little curvier on the lower part of my body. 16 pounds is a good amount of weight to have lost in 2 months, and its a healthy loss. MFP always calculates too low calorie consumption. 1700-1800 cals per day sounds good. Might wanna lower it a bit on rest days
