I have a food allergy to tomatoes so I can't eat cocktail sauce anymore! Does anyone have any good recipes for something I can dip the sh*tload of shrimp I have in my freezer in? Or any ideas of what I can do with cooked shrimp in general?

What are your cardio workouts like?
I do anywher between 30-120 mins of cardio per day. I switch it up between high resistance elliptical, running on the tredmill, full incline on the tredmill, and just began switching it up doing hill plus on the elliptical. I have to say its getting pretty damn boring though..what do you do for cardio ?

Im lactose intolerant!
I recently came to find my asthma becomes very severe when I eat any dairy products but I love yogurt and dark chocolate! Does anyone have any lactose free snack ideas to satisfy my sweet cravings? Or know where Incan find lactose free cheese,yogurt,chocolate?

5oz can of Albacore tuna in water - 100 cals Sugar free sweet pickle relish, 1 tbsp - 0 cals Guldens Spicy Mustard, 1 tsp - 5 cals Avocado, 1/4 cup, diced - 60 cals Mix everything together and put over 3 cups baby spinach- 25 cals Total of 190 cals , very satisfying and super yummy :-)

I am currently eating 1200 calories a day. Im always full and I feel like i'm seeing results. I usually eat for the last time around 7 and go to the gym around 8 or 9. do an hour or so of cardio and end up burning about 600 calories .
