I am currently eating 1200 calories a day. Im always full and I feel like i'm seeing results. I usually eat for the last time around 7 and go to the gym around 8 or 9. do an hour or so of cardio and end up burning about 600 calories . Then I am told I need to eat more because I went under my calorie limit. I usually just go home and relax and dont eat anymore for the day because I work out late. Should I make myself eat more during the day ? Or is it ok to continue what im doing? Im not sure?

Make yourself eat more during the day. You need to net at least 1200 or more and you should not be getting the little notification that you are not eating enough......how can that little notification be any clearer? :flowerforyou:0 -
eventually you will put on weight if you continue to thrive on 600 NET. (if you ever lessen your work out etc) It is a good idea to eat more during the day when you know you are going to work out that night0
