Protein Chocolate Cherry Smoothie:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen sweet dark cherries
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk
I love this, it's so easy. You just throw all of this in the blender and it tastes like a black forest milkshake. Plus it's only 250 calories with a whopping 25g protein.0 -
I loove sweets and will choose them over real food any day ???? I am looking for some new stuff to try out, particularly on the healthier side / high protein- but I won't discriminate ????

Lol i know that ..if you're going to take it literally, what I mean is i'd eat dessert for breakfast , lunch & dinner as opposed to typical meal foods.0

I too love desserts but won't eat them due to me being a healthnut. So when I make these healthier versions I am able to get my sweet fix which a dose of protein and nutrients.0
