If you have the right coach they do not carb deplete or water deplete . Im competing in 10 weeks and will be doing none of that..nor will i be looking like '*kitten*' lol

I wouldn't suggest going into bikini competing unless you have been lifting weights for at least a year or 2. Then you need to research a coach to help you. I would say a coach is pretty much necessary for your first show. And make sure you do a lot of research..some coaches have no idea what they are doing and you just…

you definitely need a coach to get started..they will lead you in the right direction, and you will just learn everything as you go. i competed and I loved it. You should be a somewhat experienced lifter though..

I stopped binging when I made myself more busy, began cooking all my meals , and going to the gym regularly. It takes time but if you just stay positive and work hard you can get past it

I take fiberlyze - lemonade flavor. My diet is super high in protein that I need a fiber supplement. I actually love the taste of it i mix it with water and pink lemonade crystal light. No trouble in the bathroom after that LOL
