I dont do any ab routines. all the cardio and weightlifting I do also works my abs. and i eat an ab friendly diet ;)

I'm 5'3 and eat anywhere between 1200-2000 cals a day. All depends on how active I was all day. Some days I'm not hungry and other days I'm super hungry. I listen to my body

i eat whatever i want when i eat out just portion control :) i do love seafood and chicken though so thats usually what ill order

i eat turkey burger patties with mustard&pickles, salads with apples, nuts & chicken or turkey, burger no bread, egg salad, grilled zucchini and asparagus. ive gotten recipes off line and i never get bored with my eating. i eat gluten free so the carbs i get are mostly from fruits and veggies

Just eat the real stuff. Portion control. Fake stuff tastes like crap

I try to workout the same but sometimes i lower the intensity. makes me feel better.. also stay away from caffeine and greasy foods

If I was going to Italy the last thing I would worry about is trying to stick to a diet. There is such amazing food and awesome things to try. You'll be walking around alot so you'll burn it off anyway..
