I never thought I would get one. My primary form of exercise is bike riding and so the whole step counting thing didn't work. No credit given for bike riding. Then a couple of years ago I had to give up the bike for a bit and I started doing more hiking so I broke down and got one. My husband talked me in to upgrading to…

Just finished weights and abs. It's looking nice out so hoping to take the dog for a walk at the dog park after I finish my lunch.

I used it yesterday and it was a little awkward but I got it. I like it showing me different exercise ideas w/ videos to change it up. I struggled with, and ultimately gave up, on a superset build and just logged them separately. I'm not sold on it yet. I'll give it a few more tries.

Yesterday was a pair of tighty whites on the side of the road though more of a pink shade. Asked my husband who was behind me if they were his. He denied it.

Lots of interesting info here. I look at my recovery time on my Garmin more as a joke, especially this time of year when I only use it outside which is rare and it doesn't take into account info from my Garmin VivoSport. Yesterday after my 90 minute ride it told me my recovery time was 72 hours but it doesn't know my my…

Haven't climbed for a year or so now but have climbed for more or less since my mid-20's... I can attest that hangboarding is freakin' HARD!! Good job!!

Thanks! I downloaded the app. I try it out today for my workout.

81 minutes of riding outside!! Gravel bike. Date ride with my husband. Some icy spots. Some muddy spots some muddy/icy spots. Some puddles that you have no idea what's underneath. Husband had a slow flat that we were able to inject with some CO2 intermittently to keep him going until we used the last of it then it was a…

Just found this challenge so I'm in! My goal is to ride at least 3 days a week, outside when I can (I live in snowy/cold Colorado) trainer when I must. Normally I ride more but I'm trying to work in some more weights for the off season

Me! I'm primarly a mountain biker, a little gravel, and even less road these days (even though road used to be my only jam). These days (winter) I mostly ride my trainer in my basement. Today is promising to be decent though so I'm going to do a little gravel riding (as trails are probably too muddy to ride). I can't…

I suffered from some horrible SI back pain a couple of years ago from biking and climbing. PT wasn't helping and a friend suggested I do glute exercises rather than back and damned if that wasn't the trick. Now whenever my lower back starts acting up I "remember" to do my glute exercises ie clamshells, fire hydrants,…

What is this app? I use a notebook to recorded lifting days. But this looks infinitely more interesting.

Thanks for the suggestions! Added both to my Watch List!

Unfortunately for me it's been trial and error. What works for one person doesn't always work for me. - I've learned my sweet spot for eating is between 45-60 min. When I was a road biker I could go a bit longer. - I like Honey Stinger chews and mini Cliff bars (100 calories - or half of a big one). I only do gels during…

Zwift does nothing for me. I'm a TrainerRoad girl 100% - when I can't be outside on my MTB of course! My husband about once a year does a month or two of Zwift to mix it up. I like being able to watch a show, usually something with some action to it, that I only watch while on the trainer than that way sometimes it's the…

Get out of the 190's 4.4 pounds to go. I've gotten to 194 before and couldn't get lower. It creeped back up a little but it's going down again. Just need it to keep working at it!
