The one page sheet that I was given for the diet gave a list of the allowed & not allowed foods but didn't give menu suggestions or recipes. I've googled the diet & found conflicting recommendations, of course.

Pfft. What Hornsby already said is correct. My Dr is pleased with my walking plan & my weight though she also recommends strength training. Get a new Dr.

I'm 5'3" and would love to get back down to 125 again. I think it's doable, despite the fact that I'm 50, because I'm light boned. Very hard to budge this last 10 lbs though, My body does NOT want to cooperate!
