I wll help you if you help me....let's keep it honest! I just started MFP too, I have been trying the last few months and I finally reached 9 LBS lost from 11-12 to 12-12 this month. I had been losing 2 LBS a month and then stayed dorment....wouldn't gain & wouldn't lose. Let's do this! :smile:
