Ok, I am totally new to this, and I need friends! I blew 2 days in a row ....over my calorie intake...by 232 one day and by 198 another. Then again to justify I was way under the 2 previous days. Argh!!!! I feel like I am WEAK......I am a sweet eater. Send me some good recipes...PLEASE!
