  • welcome on board! fitness pal is great for keeping you motivated cos you can see what workouts other people are doing and use the community for support, as well as the accountability of the excercise and food diary.....most of all it's a FUN site so that should help keep you interested!!

  • maybe you're gaining more muscle?? i agree, take no notice of the scales for awhile and focus on how your clothes fit and your energy levels. the main thing is DON'T GIVE UP!!!!

  • i've heard that doing the plank everyday, cutting out bread, pasta and alcohol work.....dunno how sustainable that would be for u tho!

  • my top tip for making sure u exercise - if u plan to exercise on ur days off, DON'T turn on the tv or get comfy on the sofa. Also get dressed in ur sweats straight away so u've no excuses!!
